We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

After the 30-day window, we may still review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially for long-term customers experiencing technical issues.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent service usage
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service did not meet your expectations

Requests related to performance or feature expectations should include screenshots or logs if possible. This helps us diagnose the issue and accelerate resolution.

How to Request a Refund

We will acknowledge your request within one business day and keep you updated throughout the evaluation process.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The funds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

If you selected annual billing, partial refunds are prorated based on the remaining unused time in your subscription.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or card provider, your account may be temporarily suspended while we investigate. To avoid disruptions, please reach out to us first so we can work on a direct resolution.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent activity.

We also reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts with excessive refund history or evidence of resource abuse. Such cases are reviewed individually by management.
